The hydropower industry must prepare for a crucial shift in its workforce.

According to the 2019 Workforce Development for U.S. Hydropower report published by the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL), 该行业约四分之一的员工都是在10年内退休的,大多数水电机构都报告称,在招聘方面存在困难.
